Join our dynamic team as a Concierge team member – Porter / Valet in the heart of Brisbane City, Australia! We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and visitors.

What you will be doing:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions
• Manage luggage handling, including carrying and transporting bags to and from guest rooms
• Operate valet parking services, safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with special events and VIP arrivals as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local area information.

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A true desire to work, grow and develop in the guest facing operations of a luxury city hotel
• An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
• Open driver’s license (Manual Desirable) 
• Physical strength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
