The Role

You will oversee all concierge and transport operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences and efficient logistics across the resort. As a key member of the Front of House team, you’ll lead, develop and inspire your team while maintaining the highest five-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Concierge team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Oversee daily concierge operations and logistics
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage departmental budgets, costs and revenue opportunities
• Develop transport services, including VIP transfers and special events
• Ensure teams are fully informed on local attractions, dining and transport options
• Deliver performance reviews, training and ongoing development
• Maintain health & safety compliance across all operations
• Lead special projects including fleet planning and helicopter transfer SOPs

About You

• Experience in concierge, guest services or front-of-house management (luxury hospitality preferred)
• A confident people leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
