Job Description

Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay. In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens.

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766 bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

W Costa Navarino, exclusively for adults and young adults over 12 years old, offers 226 stylish rooms, 2 bedroom suites and 3 bedroom villas with infinity private pools, staged in the Bay of Navarino with stunning Ionian Sea views, The Watersports Center, The Away Spa and gym with a heated 25m-long lap pool, including the new Navarino Agora, an open marketplace with retail, street food, open-air cinema and exciting programming throughout the day and night.

Costa Navarino Residences are looking for a Concierge Agent. As a Concierge Agent at Residences, Costa Navarino, you will be the primary point of contact for villa guests/owners, providing exceptional and personalized service to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. You will assist guests/owners with reservations, transportation, recommendations, and any special requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries regarding dining, local attractions, activities, and services.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, golf sessions, and other experiences.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.
• Organize transportation, including airport transfers, car rentals, and private driver services.
• Coordinate special requests such as private events, celebrations, and tailored experiences.
• Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special needs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests in the property management system.
• Create guests’ memorable experiences.
• Assist with luggage handling, in-villa check-ins, and any additional guest requests.


Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a concierge, front office, or guest services role. Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end guest service positions is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Russian, and/or French is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Opera software.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area, including cultural sites, restaurants, and entertainment options.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to interact with international guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
