Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Concept Developer to join our dynamic team.
This role is essential in transforming market opportunities and innovative ideas into tangible nutraceutical products that align with Limitless Naturals' strategic vision and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Concept Development – Identify market opportunities through research and competitive analysis, define product concepts, and prepare detailed description sheets covering APIs, health claims, sourcing, and packaging.
• Medical & Market Validation – Conduct literature reviews, medical screenings, global competitor analysis, and local market (IMS) evaluations to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Art, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into final deliverables, ensuring consistent product positioning and quality.
• Project Management – Lead project kick-offs, create briefs and mood boards, track timelines, handle amendments, and document progress to deliver 4–6 new concepts per quarter.
• Strategic Innovation – Monitor industry trends, explore new categories and delivery systems, and contribute to brand positioning within the Limitless Naturals portfolio.
• Post-Launch Optimization – Support product performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on market feedback and sales results.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of FMCG pre-development lifecycle including design, packaging, and sourcing.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities.
