Computer Voice Rating Task for English (Canada)

This project consists of ongoing ad-hoc tasks in which you will be asked to rate a series of text-to-speech clips. You will listen to audio segments read in Canadian English and rate how each voice sounds to you according to a task question. This task is opinion-based - your job is purely to listen to each clip and judge it on a scale. All tasks will be run in the ADAP tool, and will be on a first come first serve basis, ideally completed within 2-3 days.

Requirements:

• Access to a computer with Chrome or Firefox - the tool is not compatible with mobile devices

• Stable internet connection

• Native speaker of Canadian English

• Currently residing in Canada

Please note that this project may be subject to the client's demographic requirements, and your application to the project is an expression of interest only - we cannot guarantee a spot to all who apply. We cannot guarantee high work volumes for this project and participants are selected at random depending on client needs.

You will be contacted via email by a project team member when a task becomes available with a link and instructions on how to begin. The pay rate is different for each task, and will be included in the kickoff emails (please disregard the $1/task placeholder that is currently against the project).

This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen regarding the creation of an account using your application email address. You will need to log in to this account and reset the password, complete the setup requirements, and proceed with your application for this project-based role.
