Combat Training Services, LLC (CTS), a subsidiary of Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX), an Alaska Native Corporation, is currently recruiting for the position of Computer System Analyst (CSA). This position is located at Dyess AFB, TX, and is a Full Time position. This position will report to the Site Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position, located at Dyess AFB, Texas maintains and modifies complex hardware and software systems, subsystems for customers to use and to meet the needs of the unit while complying with all U.S. Air Force Regulations, and MAJCOM and/or local procedures. This is a Department of Labor (DOL), Service Contract Act (SCA) position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
of this position include, but are not limited to:
Gathers information from users/computer operators and defines systemic problems
Guides users in formulating requirements advises alternative solutions
Specifies number/types of records, files, & documents to be produced and/or stored
Sets up, maintains, and runs Air Combat Training Systems including on-range and in-house networks as well as Integrated Combat Aircrew Debriefing Systems (ICADS) and other key infrastructure as required to include new and/or upgraded hardware & software
May be required to support COMSEC mandates
Ensure compliance with TDX Quality Control and Safety Programs
Other duties as assigned by the Program manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s Degree in technical field or equivalent Vocational/Military training
A minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent time towards degree
BS in Computer Science highly desired
IAT II (Security +, and must keep this certification current)
Additional Requirements
US Citizen // Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is required
Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license
Ability to read, analyze, and apply knowledge of both electrical and mechanical schematics
COMPETENCIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems and powered support systems including their major mechanical and electrical components
Competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts, and methods and knowledge of available system software, computer equipment, and the regulations, structure, techniques, and management practices of one or more subject-matter areas, as well as ability to recognize probable conflicts and integrating diverse data elements and sources to produce innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems.
