Job Description

Position Summary
The development engineer will be part of a team working on the development of the illustrator product in our creative suite of products. Engineer will be responsible for the development of new features and maintenance of existing features and will be responsible for all phases of development, from early specs and definition to release. Engineer is expected to be hands-on problem solver and well conversant in analyzing, architecting and implementing C/C++ based world class high-quality software.

Responsibilities
• You would contribute extensively in analysis, design, and programming for major and dot software releases.
• You would be from time to time required to interface with product marketing to evaluate and determine new features to be added.
• Should be a proactive self-starter who can develop methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

Requirements
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a premier institute.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on design / development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ assembly, data structure and algorithm.
• Good understanding of object-oriented design and knowledge of product life cycles and associated issues.
• Knowledge of application development on multiple platforms including various flavors of Windows and Macintosh.
• Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design and performance.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be familiar with working in a fast-paced global environment
