Si vous êtes passionné(e) par la comptabilité et que vous souhaitez contribuer activement à la transformation d’une entreprise en forte croissance nous recherchons un(e) comptable senior pour rejoindre notre équipe de comptabilité générale.

Dans ce rôle, tu seras rattaché(e) au Contrôleur corporatif. Tu seras responsable d’offrir du soutien à ton équipe dans les activités quotidiennes du cycle comptable. Il s'agit également de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services internes sur des initiatives d'amélioration continue.

Principales responsabilités

Superviser et effectuer le processus de fin de mois pour plusieurs entités;

Préparation des courus fin de mois

Réconcilier les comptes de bilan assignés

Balancer les comptes interco

Préparer les paiements reliés au financement, Tc

Travailler en étroite coopération avec les autres membres de l’équipe de la comptabilité

Répondre aux demandes de renseignements internes et externes

Préparer des analyses et fournir des informations pour les auditeurs externes

Assurer le respect des principes comptables et des politiques de l'entreprise

Soutenir et participer à divers projets financiers

Recommander des améliorations aux processus afin de gagner en efficacité et de réduire les erreurs

Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le contrôleur financier

Profil recherché

Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience comme comptable en entreprise

Connaissance de Microsoft GP

Diplôme en comptabilité

Compétences avancées en Excel

Excellentes compétences analytiques et attention aux détails

Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler de manière proactive

Bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de soutenir nos entreprises et nos clients à travers le Canada et aux États-Unis

If you are passionate about accounting and want to actively contribute to the transformation of a high-growth company, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our general accounting team.

In this role, you will report to the Corporate Controller. You will be responsible for supporting your team in the daily activities of the accounting cycle. You will also work closely with internal departments on continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise and participate in the month-end closing process for multiple entities:

Preparation of month-end accruals

Reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts

Balancing intercompany accounts

Preparing financing-related payments, etc.

Work closely with other members of the accounting team.

Respond to internal and external information requests.

Prepare analyses and provide documentation to external auditors.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Support and participate in various financial projects.

Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.

Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate accountant

Knowledge of Microsoft GP

Degree in accounting

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work proactively

Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, to support our companies and clients across Canada and the United States
