The Test Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting production and repair test solutions for manufactured products. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to support testing at the component and system level throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
• Support all production and repair test activities for assigned products
• Develop, author, and maintain test procedures and technical documentation through established change management processes
• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods across product development and manufacturing phases
• Create test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and develop specifications for new products
• Collaborate with operations teams to establish test plans and support test cell throughput and efficiency
• Support transition of test solutions across manufacturing locations as required
• Present program status, capital needs, and continuous improvement initiatives to management
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication standards
• Proactively communicate technical risks, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Provide regular performance and project updates to the Engineering Manager
• Support production objectives by providing timely and effective technical support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and quality
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills to the component level
• Experience using software tools or programming to support diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
