This is a full time, permanent position. Working Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 & Friday 08:00 – 16:00.
As a Compliance & Training Specialist you will support the Quality and training aspects of the Eurofins PSS team.  The training and compliance specialist must use the appropriate systems and controls that are implemented to facilitate both quality and customer requirements. The PSS team must be motivated and developed in relation to quality and training so that they are able to react effectively to the changing business needs while maintaining a high level of quality compliance and training compliance.
The role will also include performing scientific procedures and the producing of accurate results within the required time frame under the customer quality system, using customer company procedures, and while adhering to company general policies and standards
Job Responsibilities that you be covering:
• You will monitor and maintain all quality, training, and compliance metrics for the PSS team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely action tracking, and adherence to customer and internal standards.
• You will support quality excellence by investigating trends, performing laboratory and documentation reviews, resolving quality issues, and participating in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will manage all training activities, including tracking analyst training status, completing and reviewing training records, delivering training to colleagues, and ensuring full understanding and compliance with updated methods and requirements.
• You will perform routine and non‑routine laboratory analysis, verify results, escalate anomalies immediately, maintain high standards of data integrity, and ensure all work is completed “Right First Time.”
• You will maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including SOP updates, record control, investigation support, and collaboration with customers on document development while ensuring laboratory areas remain organised and audit‑ready.
• You will engage proactively with customers and team members, communicating effectively, addressing queries, supporting service delivery, adapting to business needs, and ensuring all decisions and actions align with customer expectations and quality goals.
What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an Compliance & Training Specialist:
• You will hold a relevant scientific qualification, such as a degree in a suitable discipline, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge in your field.
• You will bring proven experience working in a GMP laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry, applying regulated practices to daily operations.
• You will work effectively as a team player, showing strong organisation, accuracy, and high‑quality documentation skills.
• You will remain flexible and adaptable, adjusting to shifting priorities and supporting the needs of the business.
• You will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer service, consistently striving to uphold high standards.
• You will communicate clearly and professionally, using effective internal and external communication to support collaboration and service delivery.
