Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Compliance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field audits of commercial activities, including HCP visits, promotional events, cycle meetings, and new launches.
• Monitor the distribution, use, and storage of promotional materials based on the company's strategy and policies.
• Identify areas of risk and improvement, delivering insightful solutions based on live monitoring activities.
• Audit digital tools and platforms, including sales trends, field force visits, and activities.
• Audit the third-party and vendors engaged in commercial operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical field auditing.
• Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
