Compliance Specialist, Delegation Oversight, Needed!

Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in their search for a Compliance Specialist, Delegation Oversight, for a vital position in their rapidly growing healthcare organization. In accordance with organizational policies, the candidate will maintain federal regulatory compliance for all pertinent matters and will performs compliance program activities including coordination of delegation oversight activities to ensure compliance with requirements.

Managed Care Plan Experience – Required

Claims background

Strong computer skills, ability to learn different computer software systems

Strong knowledge of regulation as it pertains to managed care, i.e. title 22, title 28

Ability to interpret regulations

Ability to travel for audits

Ability to write comprehensive reports

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must meet deadlines in timely manner

Detail oriented

Skills and Education:

Managed Care Auditing experience

Compliance 360 system knowledge

Ability to understand contractual agreements as it pertains to delegation

BA or BS required unless 10+ years in managed care experience.
