About the team:
We are looking for an exceptional Compliance Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with all areas of our business to provide general Compliance advice, support the development of new products, work on projects, execute compliance processes and undertake compliance monitoring and testing. Our team’s key objective is to help the business move forward and be successful in a way that is compliant with regulations and leads to good outcomes for its clients. We are a young, growing company and the Compliance team needs to cover a wide range of businesses and technical regulatory topics in a fast paced environment.

You will:

• Work with colleagues across the business to help ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes

• Work on business projects, including providing regulatory and compliance advice on the development of new products

• Engage with different teams across the firm, researching answers to regulatory questions and supporting its operations and engagement with our customers

• Help execute Compliance reviews and undertake testing of controls

• Operate and deliver key Compliance training, processes and controls

• Support the firm’s governance arrangements and help produce the Compliance teams’ reporting to senior committees

• Review and update policies and processes to confirm they comply with UK regulations

• Build your knowledge and become an expert in compliance and regulation

About you:

• You have recently graduated or have up to three years of experience within financial services, law, consultancy or another relevant role

• You have excellent English language skills

• You want to work hard and make an impact and you are looking for a role which can expand and broaden over time

• You are interested in financial services regulation and are passionate about delivering good outcomes to customers

• You want to work in an international team
