💡 Your Mission: Maximize adoption & drive success!

As our Compliance & Regulatory Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping voize secure, compliant, and trusted by our customers. You’ll work closely with the Compliance Lead, Management Team, and DPO to maintain our certifications, ensure GDPR compliance in our daily operations, and make compliance an enabler - not a blocker - for innovation in healthcare.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

In this role you will:

• Own and continuously improve voize’s ISMS and compliance framework

• Lead external audits end-to-end and act as the main compliance contact

• Maintain full GDPR compliance (DPIAs, TOMs, vendor reviews, RoPA)

• Create, review, and enforce internal policies and procedures across teams

• Run internal audits, risk assessments, and drive privacy & security by design with all teams

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

You will excel in this role if you have:

• Proven track record in Compliance, Data Protection, or/and InfoSec within SaaS or regulated industries (healthtech, medtech, fintech)

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, and C5 frameworks

• Skilled in preparing and managing external audits end-to-end

• Familiar with modern cloud and SaaS environments (e.g. AWS)

• Clear communicator with excellent documentation skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset that gets things done

• Fluent in both German and English
