Your mission:
Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance program for the Eastern-EU plant, aligned with EU laws, local regulations, and company policies Monitor plant operations to ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, safety, and corporate governance requirements Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with legal, quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures Serve as the main contact point for regulatory authorities and manage audits, inspections, and reporting Conduct regular training and communication to promote a culture of compliance and integrity Track and interpret changes in legislation affecting operations and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and drive resolution
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment In-depth knowledge of EU regulations, as well as Hungarian labor, environmental, and operational laws Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business setting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred Must have legal working rights in EU
