Your Impact

Play a key role in protecting Entain and its customers by strengthening compliance, privacy, and governance across the business. You’ll help shape and uplift frameworks, improve controls, and turn regulatory requirements into practical, business-ready solutions.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll identify and reduce risk, ensuring Entain continues to operate responsibly while delivering a safe, trusted customer experience.

This role will be based in Brisbane.

A Day in the Life

• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across AU/NZ
• Maintain and enhance the GRC system with accurate, compliant data
• Improve data quality to support compliance monitoring and reporting, assisting in the uplift and execution of compliance frameworks
• Manage privacy and data requests end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, information review, and customer communication
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen internal controls, supporting compliance documentation and governance processes
• Execute control testing and support assurance activities

Your Strengths

• Min 2 years’ compliance experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. wagering, financial services)
• Experience with GRC systems and data/analytics tools
• Knowledge of AU/NZ regulatory frameworks (privacy, anti-bribery, marketing) or ability to learn quickly
• Experience supporting or managing compliance frameworks and obligations within an organisation
