A professional is sought for the Operational Compliance area, providing specialized support for Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and CMDB. This assignment aims to strengthen compliance, data quality, and operational monitoring while ensuring efficient support across internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Manage and dispatch requests related to IT infrastructures, equipment, and application access.
• Analyze SoD (Segregation of Duties) risks and review user access and assigned roles.
• Evaluate SAP access requests and propose risk‑mitigation measures when needed.
• Support updates and operational needs of the IT equipment fleet.
• Ensure compliance with internal access policies.
• Collaborate with various organizational units to resolve operational issues.
• Provide first‑line application support.
• Manage LAN & Desktop inventory and end‑user software licensing.
• Support adjustments resulting from organizational changes, ensuring consistent access and data.
• Contribute to the accuracy and maintenance of the CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow (request management, incidents, CMDB).
• Knowledge of Dynatrace (application and infrastructure monitoring).
• Understanding of IAM – Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with SAP, including SoD risk analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple internal teams.
• Intermediate‑level profile with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
