We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards, particularly within fast-paced digital environments. The role involves monitoring compliance controls, maintaining documentation governance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Experience in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or service-tech industries is highly valued.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in compliance or related functions.
•
Proven experience in maintaining and enforcing organizational SOPs.
•
Background in travel e-commerce platforms, fintech, IT, or digital service ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Compliance or GRC certifications.
Other Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Security, Finance, or a related field.
•
Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting compliance findings.
•
High level of organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
•
Ability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Monitor and maintain compliance controls across organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•
Assess compliance deviations and recommend enhancements to governance frameworks.
•
Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of compliance actions.
•
Develop compliance reports, dashboards, and updates for management review.
•
Educate stakeholders on compliance requirements and contribute to awareness initiatives.
