About the Role
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Simetrik's Ethics and Compliance Program, which integrates the Business Transparency and Ethics Program (PTEE) and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Management System (SAGRILAFT).
Qualifications
Professional in fields such as Law, Administration, Accounting, or related areas.
Training and experience in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and ethical management.
Up-to-date knowledge of SAGRILAFT, PTEE, and anti-bribery laws.
Ability to analyze financial and non-financial risks.
Proficiency in technological tools for monitoring, document management, and data analytics.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
