We are looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee and enhance our regulatory adherence across all operations. The role combines compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and policy development, working closely with legal, operational, and business teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, conducting internal audits, advising on risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise management on the applicable rules and regulations under which the business will operate

Prepare and maintain the relevant compliance policies and procedures that the business must follow

Maintain records of the Board

Prepare NIB

Draft and circulate resolutions

Other ad hoc responsibilities that could come from the Senior Management/ Compliance team

Assist with implementation of the firm’s compliance monitoring programme, following a risk-based approach

Prepare and ensure the timely submission of all relevant regulatory reports

Qualifications:

2+ years compliance, risk, legal practice or regulatory experience in the Financial Services industry

Knowledge and understanding of finance regulations

Experience managing compliance programs and regulatory audits

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to influence stakeholders
