Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory requirements, implementing compliance frameworks, and supporting the business in maintaining high standards of integrity and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Review regulatory requirements and translate complex legal obligations into practical advice and guidance for internal departments and third-party partners. 

Monitor and proactively assess current and upcoming compliance requirements, including regulatory changes and new market entry obligations. 

Assist with licensing processes in new jurisdictions, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet local regulatory standards. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing communication and correspondence professionally and in a timely manner. 

Support AML/CFT-related queries, particularly in understanding and applying local AML/CTF regulations. 

Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls across all operating jurisdictions. 

Conduct due diligence on third parties, including onboarding of B2B and B2C partners, ensuring proper regulatory and risk-based assessments are documented. 

Oversee regulatory filings, reports, and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. 

Create compliance guidance (e.g., marketing regulatory guidelines) to support operational teams in working independently within regulatory frameworks. 

Maintain controlled audit trails for compliance reviews and approvals. 

Manage compliance-related incidents, including breach assessments, internal investigations, remediation planning, and regulatory reporting where required. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. 

iGaming industry experience is highly beneficial. 

2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or operational roles within the iGaming industry preferred. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. 

Excellent command of English (written and verbal). 

Experience working with multiple regulatory jurisdictions. 

Familiarity with Responsible Gambling practices and AML/CTF requirements. 

Relevant professional certifications are considered a strong advantage.
