Role Summary:

The Compliance Officer / AML Specialist strengthens ATRAM’s AML and regulatory compliance posture by ensuring accurate application of AML rules, validating system and process enhancements, and producing clear, updated policies and documentation. The role contributes to operational integrity and regulatory readiness through strong technical review, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and regulators.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:

Regulatory Compliance Execution: Ensures full and consistent application of AML laws, regulations, and internal policies to maintain a strong compliance environment and reduce regulatory risk.

Systems & Process Assurance: Validates UAT results for AML tools and process enhancements to ensure improvements meet regulatory expectations and strengthen operational controls.

Policy & Documentation Quality: Delivers clear, updated AML policies and presentation materials that support regulatory reporting, management decision‑making, and internal training needs.

What We’re Looking for in a Successful Candidate:

AML Regulatory Expertise: Applies strong knowledge of AML rules to ensure accurate STR and CTR preparation and timely regulatory submissions.

Technical Proficiency: Supports system upgrades and automation efforts by effectively participating in UAT activities and validating compliance‑aligned system behavior.

Compliance Communication Skills: Produces accurate, concise, and professionally structured AML manuals, reports, and presentations to support governance, audits, and management discussions.
