Wet- en regelgeving, risico’s en privacybescherming zijn jouw vakgebied. Het liefst denk je mee over verbeteringen en hoe je processen praktisch toepasbaar maakt. Als compliance officer bij YouServe zorg je ervoor dat onze organisatie en klanten voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en compliance-frameworks zoals AVG, DORA en ISO-normen. Herken jij jezelf hierin? In deze rol ben je dé specialist op het gebied van compliance binnen onze innovatieve HR-tech omgeving. Je vertaalt complexe wet- en regelgeving naar heldere, werkbare maatregelen die organisatie- en klantbreed worden geïmplementeerd. Dat doe je niet alleen: je werkt nauw samen met teams zoals Security, Audit en Legal om risico’s te inventariseren en beheersmaatregelen effectief in te richten. Wat ga je doen:

• je bewaakt de compliance- en risk-status binnen de organisatie en rapporteert hierover;

• je coördineert en begeleidt interne en externe audits en volgt bevindingen op;

• je implementeert nieuwe richtlijnen en borgt deze in processen en controls;

• je voert risicoanalyses en DPIA’s uit en ondersteunt bij privacyvraagstukken;

• je adviseert multidisciplinaire teams over privacy & security en vergroot het bewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
