Il tuo ruolo

Entrerai nel team Legal & Compliance e ti occuperai di:

• Presidiare la conformità normativa aziendale, con particolare riferimento alle attività concessorie, normative di settore
• Implementare procedure e policy interne per garantire il rispetto delle normative applicabili
• Supportare le attività di risk assessment e di audit interni in ambito legal & compliance
• Monitorare l'evoluzione del quadro normativo di riferimento e valutare l'impatto sul business fornendo consulenza alle direzioni
• Fornire consulenza legale alle diverse funzioni aziendali su questioni contrattuali, commerciali e corporate
• Redigere, negoziare e revisionare contratti richiesti dalle varie funzioni aziendali nonché contratti e documentazione commerciale oltre ad attività di supporto ai pdv 

Chi stiamo cercando

• Laureato in giurisprudenza
• Esperienza richiesta 5-6 anni, maturata in posizione analoga all’interno di realtà aziendali di respiro internazionale o del settore giochi e scommesse o presso studi legali internazionali
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
• Ottime capacità di gestire e trattare con confidenzialità le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
• Capacità di muoversi in autonomia
• Buone capacità organizzative e di lavorare sotto pressione
• Abilità di lavorare in team
• Buone capacità interpersonali e “customer oriented”
• Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet
• La posizione è full time
