Compliance Data Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical thinker to help us maintain and improve the quality of our core product. In this role, you’ll work in the Compliance team—but this isn’t about reading contracts. It’s about working with data to ensure every lead we deliver meets our quality and compliance standards.

You’ll build dashboards, identify data anomalies, support internal audits, and collaborate with product and operations teams to solve real business problems. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities 

Build and maintain advanced Excel tables, trackers, and dashboards to support compliance operations.

Analyze data from internal systems and third-party tools to detect patterns, errors, or quality gaps.

Collaborate with product and business teams to improve data workflows and ensure compliance standards are met.

Maintain internal documentation and build clear, step-by-step tutorials for internal processes and tools.

Monitor publisher activity to ensure compliance with legal, brand, and quality guidelines.

Assist with audits, quality reviews, and reporting across departments.

Qualifications 

Fluent English is a must!

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc.).

An analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail

A fast learner who can document complex processes clearly.

Bachelor's degree.
