Our Kuala Lumpur office is currently seeking a highly motivated Compliance Data Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The Compliance Data Administrator will ensure accurate and timely data entry into company systems, while also reviewing and verifying inspector profiles for compliance with company standards. This includes checking certifications and identification documents to maintain regulatory and operational integrity. The role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems
Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Assist in generating basic reports and summaries.
Organise and file documents
Respond to internal queries regarding data promptly.
Request updated and verified documentation from inspectors when required.
Support the Compliance team with general administrative duties when required.
Review and verify inspector profiles, including checking certifications and identification documents, ensuring profiles meet company compliance standards.
Collaborate with compliance teams to address discrepancies and maintain regulatory adherence.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous data entry or administrative experience essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
HSE Awareness:
All personnel are made aware of Fulkrum’s Health and Safety policy and procedures during the Onboarding process.
