Compliance Associate (Maternity Leave Cover)

 

Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team on a maternity leave contract.

If you have a background in economics, chemical engineering, or business management, combined with proven experience in compliance or quality assurance, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related or quality assurance roles
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Availability for on-site presence at our headquarters in Atessa, Italy

 

Your Responsibilities

• Support the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO  9001 and 22005
• Maintain quality system standards, including product traceability protocols

• Review and update quality and traceability procedures
• Evaluate company processes and procedures from a quality perspective
• Apply ISO9001 and 22005 compliance requirements across various departments

• Conduct periodic audits on company procedures and processes
• Coordinate the customer complaints process
• Support investigation and root cause analysis for major non-conformities

• Ensure comprehensive, accurate filing and timely reporting on quality and traceability matters
• Manage the Quality Management System on a daily basis

• Organize and deliver employee training sessions on compliance topics
• Provide ongoing training on quality and traceability matters
