Compliance & AML Manager

We are hiring a Compliance & AML Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the company operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards. The role will oversee anti-money laundering initiatives, manage regulatory reporting, and develop effective compliance frameworks to mitigate risk across all company operations.

What you'll do::
• Ensure the company adheres to FRA rules and regulations, particularly in consumer finance.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Implement, monitor, and enhance the company’s compliance program to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee all AML processes, ensuring identification, monitoring, and reporting of suspicious activities.
• Manage and submit all FRA-required reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with FATCA, sanctions, and other relevant international regulations.
• Handle and resolve FRA complaints in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and AML obligations.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other external parties regarding compliance and AML matters.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have::
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance and AML, preferably in consumer finance.
• In-depth knowledge of FRA rules and regulations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and complaint handling.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
