The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Compensation Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join the Compensation Process team. This position can be based in any of the following Boeing sites: Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, MO; Ridley Park, PA; North Charleston, SC; San Antonio, TX; Huntsville, AL; Auburn, WA or Everett, WA.
In this role, you will be a key member of Boeing’s Compensation Team within the Global Compensation Organization. You will lead the development of industry-leading compensation packages, helping to deliver one of the most comprehensive salary, retirement, and benefits programs in the manufacturing sector.
Position Responsibilities:
• Support the design, development, maintenance, and administration of both compensation programs, systems and processes for the Union and non-Union hourly populations
• Provide internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
• Support related projects with analytics, project management and subject matter expertise
• Communicate with, educate and train customers on compensation and classification matters
• Coordinate enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations or changes
• Partner with various Total Rewards, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate compliance activity for various pay regulations including but not limited to pay equity and pay transparency, federal contract compliance (Service Contract Act & Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs), Department of Labor Wage & Hour compliance, Fair Labor Standards Act exemptions, and various internal pay practices
• Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of incentive and bonus design (incentive and bonus participation, cost commitment, and annual spending)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or compensation
• 3+ years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs
• 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems
• 3+ years of experience working with labor unions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar
• 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience working with compensation laws and regulations
• 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
• 3+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for the Experienced Level (Level 3): $95,200 - $138,000
Summary Pay Range for the Senior (Level 4): $119,000- $172,500
