• Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's objectives and priorities.
• Oversee the annual employment budget process and support monthly monitoring of it with related stakeholders.
• Engage in market research and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive.
• Administer the annual merit process, ensuring fairness and consistency throughout the organization.
• Create and manage incentive programs, including sales bonuses, to foster a performance-driven culture within the company.
• Offer guidance and support to managers and HR Business Partners regarding compensation-related issues, such as job evaluations, salary proposals, and promotions.
• Supervise the management of employee benefits programs, including flexible benefits options.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards concerning compensation and benefits.
• Lead and contribute to HR-related projects, developing tools and systems that are consistent with both local and global practices.
• Partner with HR Analytics to track, report, and analyze HR metrics, providing support as needed, especially concerning compensation and benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• A solid understanding of total rewards concepts and current market trends.
• Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Capable of clearly and effectively communicating complex information to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English.
Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We're working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
