As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you play a key role in shaping the rewards strategy of our fast-growing international tech company. You design scalable, data-driven compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain top talent global.
As a trusted sparring partner for leaders and employees, you provide hands-on advice on compensation, incentives, and equity, and drive cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Design, implementation, and continuous development of globally consistent yet locally competitive compensation models
• Conducting global compensation benchmarking, taking into account regional labor markets, cost structures, and regulatory differences
• Building and maintaining an international job architecture with clear career paths and pay bands across countries and functions
• Designing, implementing, and managing international bonus, incentive, and, where applicable, equity programs (e.g., ESOP/VSOP)
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, as well as implementing international pay transparency standards
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and global management team, providing advisory support on international hires, mobility, and compensation decision
