Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented C&B Specialist with strong experience in payroll management. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as supporting compensation and benefits administration in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Verify employee attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements
Handle payroll-related reports, reconciliations, and audits
Coordinate with accounting for payroll posting and reporting
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and other welfare programs
Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR systems
Support salary review, bonus calculations, and compensation analysis
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, tax, and benefits
Continuously improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing or C&B roles
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS
Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
