We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly analytical compensation professional to join the Global Compensation Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of global Total Rewards programs, including annual merit and bonus cycles, pay reviews, and recognition initiatives. You will contribute to delivering data-driven compensation strategies by partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Regional Total Rewards teams. The position requires strong operational discipline, systems expertise (particularly in Workday), and advanced analytics capability to support global reward processes while driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the operational delivery of the annual global merit and bonus cycles using Workday
• Conduct salary surveys and support execution of annual pay scale reviews
• Maintain and manage job data architecture to ensure structural and data integrity
• Oversee the operational management of the global recognition program
• Support regional reward activities such as gender pay reporting, mid-year reviews, and benchmarking exercises
• Assist in the implementation of annual reward initiatives and compensation projects
• Respond to compensation-related queries promptly and accurately
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement across compensation operations
• Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support compensation strategy and decision-making
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial accuracy in compensation processes
• Manage relationships with external vendors and resolve operational issues effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth program delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Proven experience in a Compensation or Total Rewards role within a large, complex corporate environment
• Strong hands-on experience supporting annual pay and bonus cycles
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data modeling and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development
• Practical experience working with Workday, including compensation and payroll modules
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Process-oriented mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights clearly and logically
• Experience handling complex compensation queries and stakeholder communications
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
