Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and intuitive person to join us as an Associate- Total Rewards. We are a group of energetic and hard-working individuals. Support on all the TR activities

Ser el punto de contacto de consultas de proveedores como de empleados referente  a temas de compensacion y beneficios

Recibir y hacer el análisis de convenios con aliados, y apoyar en la construccion de convenios y catálogo de beneficios

Seguimiento a proveedores y soporte administrativo, encargado de coordinar la logística de las visitas de aliados a las instalaciones de la empresa

Construir el plan de visitas mensual de aliados

Coordinación de charlas online mensuales o trimestrales sobre beneficios nuevos o existentes

Trabajo en equipo de la mano con los demás miembros de recursos humanos, y programar visitas de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.

Student of 9 or 10 semester of psychology, business administration, industrial engineer.
