Job Description

Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking well-qualified Company Secretary to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

Job Responsibilities ::
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws for listed entities

• Manage stock exchange filings (BSE/NSE), disclosures, and corporate announcements within prescribed timelines

• Conduct and support Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely ROC filings (MCA compliance)

• Monitor insider trading regulations, maintain SDD, and ensure adherence to PIT norms

• Liaise with regulators, depositories, RTA, and other stakeholders

• Handle corporate governance requirements and assist in annual report preparation

• Support due diligence, audits, and secretarial compliance reviews

• Track regulatory updates and implement necessary changes in compliance framework

What we are looking for ::
• Total 1-2 years of experience (listed company experience is non-negotiable)

• Possess an analytical and strategic mindset

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Team handling experience is an added advantage
