Company Secretary - Fortune 500

We are currently seeking a Company Secretary to support our global clients including Fortune 500 companies:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and working closely with in house legal teams to execute a range of company secretarial functions including:

• Incorporation and dissolution of companies / subsidiaries along with changes in shareholders / directors where required

• Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder / board meetings

• Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience as company secretary
