Job responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Manage and oversee corporate governance practices within the organization.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of board meetings, including minutes and resolutions.
- Advise the board of directors on corporate governance best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate board and committee meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance corporate governance.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and other legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate publications.
- Provide support in risk management and compliance initiatives.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance or company secretarial roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and external advisers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
