Requirements
• Must be a Namibian Citizen;

• A relevant tertiary qualification in either commerce or legal is required;
• At least 5 Year’s relevant or similar work experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills required;
• Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
• Must be able to work independently within a team environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Effective time and project management skills.
• Sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic typing and administration skills; and
• Ability to meet deadlines.
Duties
• Lead and manage the Windhoek Secretarial team and portfolio of secretarial compliance clients;
• Take responsibility for scheduling of work;
• Liaising with clients;
• Take responsibility for growth and development of team;
• Manage work in progress and billings to clients;
• Liaise with the office of the Business and Intellectual Properties (BIPA);
• Forming and registration of Close Corporations and Companies;
• Appointment and resignation of Directors/Members and Auditors/Accounting officers;
• Allotment and transfer of shares;
• Preparation of minutes, resolutions and notices; and
• Minute taking at board and shareholders’ meetings.
