About the Role:
We are seeking a Company Operations Intern to join our fast-paced and growing team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in office management, event planning, and a variety of other operational projects and tasks. Not only will you gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of a company, but you will also play a key role in building our team and fostering our company culture.

What You'll Do::
• Office Management - Manage and enhance an office space that promotes collaboration among our team members. This includes daily tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining and improving the physical environment, setting up meeting equipment, and handling other office-related responsibilities.
• Event Planning - Organize and host events to celebrate holidays and strengthen relationships among team members.
• Petty cash management.

Skills We’re Looking For::
• You care about surroundings and continue thinking about how to make office a better and comfortable place for the team to work
• You have experience planning and hosting events, with a solid understanding of managing logistics related to event organization.
• Repetition doesn’t dampen your spirit; you embrace it as an opportunity to improve and master the details of your work.
• You pay close attention to detail and proactively seek clarity by asking questions.

Nice-To-Haves::
• You have experience in video filming and editing for recording event memories.
• You enjoy home and space organization and decoration, including caring for plants and creating the perfect “vibe” in the spaces you inhabit.

Note::
• English and Chinese are required, with Chinese proficiency strong enough to communicate with external parties.
• We prefer interns who can work: 4-5 days a week for 6 months at least.
• Please note that this position needs to come to the office often.
• The actual onboarding date is flexible and will be discussed after the offer is given.
