Job Role: Company Nurse and HR/Admin Assistant
Location: Makati - On site
Work Hours: Morning Shift

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Company Nurse:
Provide first aid and medical care to employees on-site and prepare reports
Responsible in coordinating any reservation of partner medical facility of the employees APE
Act as point person for pre-employment medical exam results and other HMO-related matters
Ensure clinic compliance with safety and health labor laws and other DOLE reports, and other regulatory agencies
Maintain and update employee medical records in accordance with company policies
Keep medical equipment clean, safe, and well-organized.
Oversee emergency medicine inventory and request replenishments.
Handle occupational health concerns and emergencies efficiently
Promote health and safety awareness through training and guidance
Communicate proactively with Management team any updates
HR/Admin Assistant:
Assist with SSS Sickness and Maternity benefit processing.
Complete PSA surveys on headcount reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Act as backup for admin-related tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license
Certifications: OHNAP or "BOSH for NURSE" are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1year experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
Knowledgeable of health and safety regulation and occupational health standards
Familiar in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to conduct health assessments and training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
Experience with wellness programs and employee health initiatives
