Lead the most engaged AI search community in the world - from zero to thousands.

Searchable is an agentic AI platform that helps people and businesses win in the new era of search. As tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity transform how information is found, we’re building the go-to hub for AI search pros - a community where individuals, brands, and businesses connect, learn, and grow together.

You’ll work side-by-side daily with:

• Chris Donnelly: Founder of Verb Brands, Co-Founder of Lottie (UK’s #1 startup in 2025), Fractional Growth at Lovable (fastest to $100M ARR), Founder of The Creator Accelerator (8-figure revenue).

• Sam Hogan: 2× founder, including Origami Agents (YC’s fastest-growing startup) and Hirebird.

• Arya Nagabhyru: 2× Y Combinator founder, including Origami Agents (YC’s fastest-growing startup)

As AI reshapes how people find information, there’s no central place for freelancers, agencies, brands, and solo businesses to learn, connect, and grow. You’ll change that creating the go-to hub for AI search pros where:

• Individuals have a vibrant online home for daily connection, collaboration, and sharing wins.

• Agencies and brands engage through events, structured cohorts, and targeted programs.

• Everyone leaves with wins they can brag about and reasons to invite others in.

You’ll have the trust and autonomy to make this community thrive your way finding solutions, improving systems, and acting fast to seize opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and grow our online home for individuals - a space for daily connection, collaboration, and sharing wins.

• Build event-driven and program-based engagement for agencies and brands.

• Host weekly calls with a Searchable team member or community member on specific AI search topics, followed by Q&A.

• Lead flagship learning programs like our AI SEO Accelerator (e.g. 6-week “How To Make Your Website Searchable in AI” cohort).

• Run live sessions, challenges, and cohort-based programs that inspire action and measurable results.

• Create shareable resources, guides, templates, leaderboards that members love.

• Build recognition loops and ambassador programs to keep the flywheel spinning.

• Cultivate a welcoming, high-energy culture that connects diverse groups with shared goals.

• You take initiative, move fast, and find ways to make things better without being asked.

• You’re the first to start conversations and connect people who should meet.

• You’ve hosted something, an AMA, a workshop, a casual meetup just because.

What We Offer

• Salary £40,000 / Year + 5K Performance-Based Bonus + Equity.

• 25 days holiday + leading parental & childcare policies.
