The Stripe Community Team brings businesses together to exchange strategies, form valuable relationships, and discover new ways to succeed with, and beyond, Stripe.
What you’ll do
The Community Operations Lead will build community systems and tooling that drive scale, automation, and efficiency for the Community team and enable tracking, reporting, and analytics. They will also create and maintain new campaigns and channels that drive community growth at scale.
Responsibilities
• Project-manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a community platform to support Stripe Community builders and their communities, working closely with the relevant internal teams like Demand Gen Systems, WPP, Brand Studio, and others.
• Develop tracking and reporting systems for the Stripe Community including Builder activity and engagement as well as downstream business impact using tools like Salesforce and Hubble.
• Setup and maintain the team’s day-to-day workflows for things like Builder recruitment and event tracking.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to increase the team’s efficiency through systems and tooling.
• Leverage tracking systems to make data-driven recommendations for community recruitment and growth strategy.

Minimum requirements
• Experience setting up and maintaining community operations for a brand, especially for community led or user group focused programs.
• Very fluent with data: not only able to assess and visualize existing data, but can set up systems to extract and share new data.
• Demonstrated ability to set up workflows that increase efficiency and automation.
Preferred qualifications
•
• Well versed in SQL, excel, and other data tools
• Salesforce experience, especially creating a new SFDC instance
