Job Description
OSA is looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager to manage and grow our online presence. This role is responsible for engaging with our audience, building brand awareness, and maintaining a strong and consistent voice across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company’s brand
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to increase engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, clients, and online communities
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media growth and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to support campaigns and hiring needs
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO industry
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understanding of employer branding strategies
