1. Community engagement:
• Engage with followers daily through comments, messages, tags, and reposts.
• Build relationships with traders, influencers, and community partners to strengthen the brand’s network.
• Moderate community discussions and ensure that brand values and professionalism are maintained.
• Monitor conversations related to trading and prop firms and join relevant discussions to boost visibility.
• Gather community feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
• Plan and execute community events such as giveaways, challenges, Q&A sessions, or trader highlights.
• Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
2. Social media & content:
• Create and publish Reels and short-form content about trading, prop firms, and industry news (to also be shared on TikTok).
• Post Stories highlighting promotions, updates, and client success stories.
• Collaborate with a designer to develop high-quality, on-brand visuals.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and cohesive brand tone across platforms.
• Launch and manage the brand's official Twitter (X) account.
• Write and post regular threads covering trading insights, funding challenges, and key milestones.
• Engage and interact with industry figures, traders, and community partners to build visibility and organic reach.
• Act as on-camera talent for short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok) related to the brand’s topics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan, record, and deliver engaging on-screen content.
Requirements:
• 2-3 YOE managing online communities or social media accounts.
• Prop trading or trading industry knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Confident and expressive personality suitable for short-form video platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong understanding of social media engagement tactics and community behavior.
• Comfortable using creative tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growing community engagement.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to represent the brand with a professional yet friendly tone.
