Du als engagierte:r Community Manager:in betreust unsere Mitglieder und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine gute Atmosphäre und ein gemeinsames Miteinander auf der Plattform.

Deine Aufgaben

• Betreuung, Ansprache und Führung der Community, ehrenamtlichen Mitglieder und Teams im Chat, in Foren und durch unseren Support

• Einbringen von Ideen und Initiativen für das Community Management und die Produktentwicklung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien, um die Zufriedenheit unserer Community zu erhöhen und die Mitgliederbindung zu intensivieren

• Sprachrohr und Brücke der Mitglieder hin zur Produktentwicklung

• Organisation von Events, Community-Aktionen und Community-Treffen
