Community Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-Based
About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to support engagement, coordination, and knowledge sharing across a large-scale enterprise learning program in the UAE. This role focuses on managing Communities of Practice, supporting stakeholder interactions, and ensuring consistent communication and meeting rhythms.
You will work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and learners to keep communities active, organized, and valuable. This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, comfortable facilitating discussions, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving.
What You’ll Own
Community Coordination & Support
• Support community activities across multiple capability areas and stakeholder groups
• Coordinate events, discussions, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-through across communities
Communities of Practice Management
• Manage Communities of Practice connecting learners, practitioners, and experts
• Coordinate sessions, discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Track participation and engagement to maintain active communities
Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate interactions between learners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
• Support planning and execution of engagement activities such as sessions and events
• Maintain clear and timely communication across stakeholder groups
Meeting Coordination & Facilitation
• Schedule and manage regular community meetings and forums
• Prepare agendas and ensure sessions are structured and productive
• Document key takeaways, actions, and follow-ups
Knowledge & Content Coordination
• Support collection and organization of knowledge assets such as best practices and resources
• Maintain shared repositories or platforms for easy access
• Promote ongoing knowledge sharing across the community
Location & Working Model
This role is based in the UAE, with a mix of onsite and hybrid work. Onsite presence will be required for key events, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.

This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.
