Buscamos un/a Community Manager que no solo gestione nuestras comunidades digitales, sino que también genere contenido impactante y construya relaciones significativas. Responsabilidades:
• Ejecutar la estrategia de contenido y comunidad, definiendo narrativa y tono de voz alineados con los objetivos de negocio y la identidad de marca en plataformas digitales.
• Crear y gestionar el calendario de contenidos, asegurando la producción end-to-end de piezas atractivas y relevantes para nuestras audiencias.
• Identificar y capitalizar tendencias culturales, comportamientos emergentes y nuevas oportunidades para transformarlas en contenido fresco y escalable.
• Ser la persona responsable de generar contenidos de forma ágil y espontánea para enriquecer nuestras narrativas de manera proactiva.
• Participar activamente en la creación de contenido en vídeo, desde la ideación y el guion, hasta la grabación y edición con herramientas como CapCut.
• Fomentar la escucha activa, facilitar la interacción proactiva y dinamizar la construcción de una comunidad sólida y comprometida.
• Trabajar de forma coordinada con los equipos de marketing, creatividad y data para asegurar la coherencia en todas las etapas del funnel.
Requisitos:
• 2 - 3 años de experiencia demostrable en gestión de comunidades y creación de contenido, preferiblemente en agencia o en equipos de marketing digital.
• Conocimiento profundo de plataformas como TikTok, Instagram y YouTube, así como en otras redes sociales relevantes.
• Mentalidad data-driven, con capacidad para analizar métricas y optimizar estrategias de contenido y engagement.
• Alta autonomía, proactividad, rapidez en la ejecución y un sólido criterio creativo.
• Pasión por la cultura digital, el ecosistema de creadores de contenido y las últimas innovaciones en las plataformas sociales.
• Español e Inglés (nivel avanzado/profesional, imprescindible).
