What does it feel like to be a Community Manager in Netcompany?
As a Community Manager, you will:
• Develop editorial ideas and plans for the client’s website and social media.
• Research and review materials to translate political priorities into clear, accessible digital storytelling.
• Draft, edit, and update content for the client’s website and social media channels.
• Write articles, features, campaign content, and editorial products suited to different audiences.
• Create engaging digital stories and long-form articles with clear, human-focused narratives where appropriate.
• Ensure content is well-structured, easy to understand, and optimized for online publication.
• Publish and update content using the website’s CMS and monitor published content across digital channels.
What would make you a fit for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in community management or social media.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and social media platforms (including LinkedIn and Twitter).
• Proven ability to engage, grow, and retain online audiences.
• Experience in content creation and community moderation.
• Experience in paid social advertising, ads management, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset, with experience using social media and advertising analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English.
