Principais Responsabilidades

• Definir e implementar campanhas de redes sociais e comunicação alinhadas às estratégias de marketing.

• Trabalhar em calendários de conteúdo e garantir sua execução, incluindo a publicação de posts nos prazos determinados.

• Produzir conteúdos envolventes em texto, imagem e vídeo para as contas de redes sociais.

• Responder a comentários e dúvidas de clientes de maneira ágil.

• Monitorar e reportar feedbacks e avaliações online em diversas plataformas de redes sociais.

• Organizar e participar de eventos para construir comunidade e aumentar o reconhecimento da marca.

• Coordenar ações com os times de Marketing, RP e Comunicação para garantir a consistência da marca.

• Trabalhar em colaboração com estrategistas de dados para fornecer relatórios mensais/trimestrais e identificar oportunidades de otimização.

• Desenvolver relatórios semanais e mensais (análise orgânica + análise de sentimento) e análise da concorrência.

• Realizar social listening (monitoramento de redes).

• Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de mídia paga.

• Colaborar com os times de estratégia social, atendimento e criação para garantir que os canais estejam sempre alinhados à marca.

• Construir relacionamentos com clientes, potenciais consumidores, profissionais da indústria e jornalistas.

• Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências de tecnologia digital.

• Analisar diariamente as conversas em torno da marca.

• Possuir know-how em análise de marca para desenvolver resultados eficazes para os KPIs do cliente.

Experiência e Habilidades

• Conhecimento das boas práticas de redes sociais em termos de formatos e tom de voz.

• Capacidade de identificar e acompanhar métricas relevantes de comunidade.
