Adapt and Engage: Adopt a flexible work approach, including working evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the program and community.
🚀 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Community Mindset: Previous experience in volunteering (preferably community work) and a background in development work.
Educational Authority: Teaching experience and the confidence to hold presentations and lead cultural discussions for large groups.
Adaptability: A self-starter who rolls up their sleeves to get things done, comfortable living in communal settings, and physically able to lead active field sessions.
Global Perspective: Experience traveling or living in foreign countries, with a passion for tackling social issues and quality education for all.
Bonus if you also have:
Understanding of the French language (one of the official languages of Madagascar).
TEFL experience or skills in developing curricula for different language levels.
Emergency First Response or First Aid certification.
